Just a quick question, how many targets do you need to be able to hit in order to make crimson tempest worth it [e.g., is it worth using single target, do you need at least 2 or 3 people b4 it’s worth, etc.]?
just wondering because I’m pretty garbo on rogue, but having fun with it so want to make at least a little bit of effort on getting better with it
