Being killing horde over and over and over again, and no matter how many I kill(well passed 10 without dying all in the same area) an I never get the buff.

Are you in War Mode or do you just type /pvp?
Warmode I never turn it off

You are probably not gonna a blue response here. QA just takes reports and adds them their queues of stuff to fix. If they do respond, it’s to ask questions.
Have you asked on the pvp forums to see if any one else has this problem? They might have a solution.
Finally got it after about another 30kills.
