Noob and older gamer rogue here who’s overwhelmed by the number of buttons. Help!
Any burst macros would be warmly welcomed!
Would also love to know if mfd can be macroed with kidney shot and exanguinate with death mark?

Not your main question, but using exsanguinate on deathmark has the counterintuitive effect of reducing your damage. Apparently.
Can’t macro exsanguinate with deathmark because they’re both on GCD. You’d only want to use both simultaneously in PvP when you think your opponent will die otherwise it is less dps (poisons will be duplicated for less time and probably some other loss of benefits from having a shorter overall deathmark).
Macro mfd with kidney is simple:
/cast Marked For Death
/cast Kidney Shot

You can macro a castsequence, but it’s really not recommended. Lots of things can mess it up and if it get’s messed up for whatever reason it will stop working and the sequence will just not continue. Considering all you really gotta do is make sure garrote and rupture are fresh, shiv, exsang, and then deathmark, it’s also so simple it’s not worth doing anyways.
Cast sequences were stronger in shadowlands with busted sepsis damage, being so good a spammed sequence macro on a stunned target was very likely to kill them before the stun ran out, but in DF it’s just not worth it imho.
In case you wanna try anyways it would be something like
/castsequence [options] reset=condition1/… action1, action2, …
or
/castsequence reset=30 Garrote, Shiv, Rupture, Exsanguinate, Deathmark
damage trinket + echoing reprimand
and
Cold blood + envenom
and
MFD + envenom
is a 6 button sequence down to 3 buttons and makes your envenom hit for like 86k + poison bomb + system shock if you have amp poison up, following up with another envenom for like 50k.
Shiv kidney right before this.
It really is too bad you won’t post on your rogue, because I’m all eager to be appreciative of your PVP record in BGs or 2s or whatever you enjoy PVPing in.
