The Aspiring Aspirants Regalia vanish from appearance, sets, transmogs and any items you have skinned them over when you swap away from the Kyrian covenant.
These are the only cosmetics from the Korthia patch that do this and this can be easily replicated in game.
This also has the adverse effect of being removed from gear but only upon log out and log back in while not being part of the Kyrian covenant.
