Was playing skirmishes last night and I came across a Mistweaver Monk that was able to do 90% of everyone’s HP bar in one hit (5000k+) with “Aspect of Harmony”, is that a bug or is there something I don’t know about? Haven’t PvP’d since SL. When reading the tooltip is shows that it only increases healing?
Does no one know what I’m talking about? I am unable to find anything regarding this.
Are you sure it wasn’t Brm?
The normal Blizzard Arena frames showed Mistweaver and he was healing a lot, so I assume it was correct.
It’d take about 10-20 seconds before each one-shot however they were able to do it 3 times in one match. They were queueing with a Fury Warrior and Ret Paladin I believe.
there need to be studies done on why monk players consistently resort to cheesy game mechanics, why warrior players consistently find ways to abuse stat and gear bugs, why rogue players always have a mirror selfie as their discord pfp, why DK players are afflicted with a chronic delusion that their class is unplayable, why warlock players are subhuman weirdos, etc.

I think things like this should be heavily abused, especially now prior to seasons starting, so it can actually be brought to blizzards attention and fixed

Considering thats a healing spell buff, yes… Definitely a exploit.
I’m sure it has something to do with the Master of Harmony hero talent Harmonic Gambit, I’m guessing the bug is related to the generation of Vitality

I’m just telling you they don’t care. At all. I know you’re trying to help, but none of them care. I do, but I have no idea why something like this would happen, and I haven’t seen it. Post the proof so people can analyze.

Checked the Monk discord and it is definitely known to some degree by them, trying to get an answer. 
Please let us know when you find out what was going on. I’m genuinely curious.

That’s sad. Glad you posted this. It’s strange to me how Blizzard will ban people for moderate language for a month or permanently, and yet they let people abuse a severe bug in PvP, and just give them a very slight warning. Report those players and send in proof with screenshots of your combat log. Not that they care.
