You’re trying to devalue my opinion of asmongold. And now you’re insulting my intelligence, simply because I like a streamer. I’ve not once attacked you during this discussion.
Asmongold is the sickness of the WoW community. There are infinitely superior streamers over him. The problem is, hate and toxicity attracts more than kindness and support. The people who are actually good for the community can’t compete with a man who will state his opinion as law and incentivize people bully others in game.
The man is what’s wrong with the game. And his personality gives the toxicity of WoW a platform to fester and grow from. If their idol can be paid being a toxic jerk, then it’s okay to be a toxic jerk in game!

He’s simply joking around most of the time. You don’t take everything he says seriously do you?
That’s like taking everything a politician says seriously. He does tend to overact a lot. I respect your opinion though if that’s how you really feel about him.

The “I’m just joking around” excuse is pretty universal and standard for some of the worst personalities on the internet. The classic mantra of “it’s just a joke” while being an absolute jerk has been the go to personality for people that garner a following based on hate. That’s all he is.

I haven’t seen him ever be an absolute toxic person ever. I keep hearing this but I’ve yet to see it. Could possibly be bias. Not saying he’s never done it, I’ve just never seen it personally.
Do you have any sources of this, I’m actually curious to see myself if you could get it I’d watch it.
