Will you allow Server/Faction Transfers before the TBC release?

I was wondering if we’ll ever have a new Ranged spec introduced to the game? I mean, all the “new” classes introduced since Vanilla (Death Knight, Monk, Demonhunter) have all been melee. I’d like a little variety please! Why not add a ranged spec to Demonhunter, for example? After all, they can use Crossbows in Diablo III, and it would be nice to see a second class utilizing bows/crossbows/guns.

Also, why did the Pterrodax Hunter pet have its slowfall exotic ability removed when Shadowlands launched, and will you put it back? I loved my pterrodax for its utility (and keeping with my dinosaur tamer RP theme), and now I can’t really use it for that purpose.

Also, please bring back Ranged Survival. If you must have a spear-specialist, make it a new class, like a Dragoon or Lancer or something. Hunters shouldn’t have been denied a spec.

How do you plan to support Classic going forward?

Are you willing to do server merges, copy/transfers, to help the less populated servers live on?

What kind of bug squashing support and further changes to Classic can be expected if any?

Any solutions underway to further help reduce botting and fly hacking?

1.There’s been a lot of movement toward more “account-wide” achievements and less “character-specific” achievements. But then other cases have remained character-specific (and I’ll be honest, it’s sometimes a bit confusing which is which). Is there a path the game is going more toward (either moving toward all account-wide or all-character specific)? Or is it going to continue to be on a case-by-case basis?

2.At some point will we ever see BoP transmog effects granted regardless of class/armor-type? It’s a bit tedious to run 5 characters through the same old content, none of which end up with transmogs for their class/armor-type

3.Are there plans to explain what Sylvanas and the Jailer have been doing for the last decade? Like did they have Mawsworn flying back and forth carrying notes outlining evil plans?

4.Could you explain how undead souls work with respect to the Shadowlands (pre-Arbiter shutdown)? If someone dies, their soul is taken to judgment and sent to some realm - but if they are risen into undeath… then… does their soul just “poof” out of whatever realm they were in? Does no one notice this?

While WC3 Reforged may not have been great for competitive… it’s great for single player. The campaign was an absolute joy to revisit, the visuals look good, and I experienced no tech issues at all.

That being said, I feel like D2’s mechanics are too… dated… for me to really want to revisit it much even if remastered, so I don’t care too much about d2 being remastered.

Could we find a better option for Mythic+ that is less time sensitive but still skill based?
Perhaps instead of a strict timer to upgrade your key; have it be that you only get maybe, 2-3 time warps, 5 minute CDs x times, 4 minutes x times, etc…
Affixes are fine by me, even making it more difficult.
Similar to raiding, I’d rather work at trying to figure out how to beat an increasingly difficult foe, than enter into a dungeon knowing that if we mess up one too many times, we miss out on timing it, and risk people leaving, and of course not improving Raider io score.

Just my two-cents, both as someone who plays dps, but loves tanking (except for the pressure of having to have my whole route planned and perfect for timing).

Also could you please make a decision if spiders are skinnable or not (once and for all) ? Just killed a Boneweave Ambusher and Razorweb weaver in Maldaxxus. One is skinnable and the other is not.

Has Blizzard considered adding a new playable race and possibly a few hybrid new classes?

Has the development team given up on adding new allied races and heritage armors? If not, when will the next allied race and/or heritage armor be revealed and why will it be murlocs?

Are you happy with the way the borrowed power system in Shadowlands has played out? Is the future of WoW (and Shadowlands in particular) going in the direction of more complex borrowed power systems or should we expect to see more quests/raids/battlegrounds/dungeons/etc. to offset the immense amount we’ve already seen?

Also, along the lines, do you find it easier to create these new systems and rebalance classes with respect to the abilities in these new systems, or would it be easier to scrap them entirely, balance classes/specs, and focus more on delivering quests/raids/battlegrounds/dungeons/etc.

  1. So why is blizzard doing nothing about the rampant spam and chat abuse of the global channels?

  2. Does blizzard plan on doing something about all the boosting services that for players like me are ruining our classic game experience?

I cannot log in retail as there is too much spam, so I decided to try classic again… however now classic is overflowing with a massive amount of boost and other spam constantly. (Please keep in mind if you say you can ignore them I will ignore you… you can only ignore 50 people thats it, there are well over 5000 spammers so how can I ignore them all if my limit set by blizzard is 50? this isnt something blizzard expected to happen so they didnt code it in to start however this has been a continuing issue since game launch with spam and not being able to ignore them)

( I play classic as I actually like to run dungeons hours on end with other players and get to know them etc…) Boosting has ruined this experience by making it so less players are looking for a group and are instead looking for boosting services. THIS IS NOT THE EXPERIENCE I HAD IN CLASSIC THERE WAS NO BOOSTING IN ORIGINAL CLASSIC.

Not just asking questions… I offer some solutions.

  1. Make a global services channel for whatever services… helping with quest, boosting, gold farming whatever… alternatevely you can make trade channel a global channel instead of just available in major cities only… might be easier to just make a new chat idk about that technical side of things.
  2. Chat ban people who are constantly spamming/flaming or posting in the wrong channels ie people buying or selling in lookingforgroup will get a warning saying to post in trade and or the approriate channel and a 24 hour chat ban or something like that… that will progressively get more restrictive for continued bad behavior.
  3. Ban boosting and instead offer it like in retail as a blizzard service they can pay for if they want a boost that bad.
  1. Why is the Arbiter’s default setting “Maw” and does no one know where the manual is to change this obvious factory defect?
  2. Is the Arbiter a … construct? A being? More person or thing?
  3. Why do the Kyrian keep dropping souls off at the feet of the disabled Arbiter just for them to get shuffled into the Maw? Isn’t there maybe a “Soul Storage Realm” where they could drop them off to sit on ice until they figure out where the Arbiter power switch is?

Gearing
Is it intentional that gearing an alt is easier/faster than gearing a second spec for a main?
Reasoning: With titanforging, we at least had chances at multiple specs worth of gear. However now if you have both an agility and intellect spec and would like the ability to use both in M+s, it is nearly impossible to get 220+ weapons for both (with great vault as only option), as I know those still going for their first due to bad luck. On the other hand, having two character, one for each spec, you can focus gear on a single spec is easier. This turns a “chance” at decent weapons down to 0 for those focusing on one character.

Petmog? That’d be nice.
After Xmog was created, they started giving druids new shapeshift appearances for a meaningful change to commonly used forms. They’ve allowed xmog to not follow weapon type (1h to 1h, 2h to 2h, etc…).
Then you could actually collect them, even if that vulpine pet you roll with is really a clefthoof in disguise.

Classic - TBC

Will we be able to purchase faction change in TBC?
How much of our gear and gold will be be allowed to take from classic going to the new server?

Not so much of a question but an idea. We have ranged classes that use bows, guns, and crossbows…what about a magic based class that has spells and takes advantage of wands? Like a spell-slinging wand wielding class. It would if nothing else, give wands a common-place purpose the game.

Are there any plans to update and expand the glyph system focusing more on cosmetics? Can we bring back the glyph interface window we had in Cata where we could see all of our glyphs we learned and could select the ones we wanted active?
My Shadow Priest would love to glyph Void Form in a “Zealot Form” where she shines bright gold instead of purple. Or glyph my frost mages Frozen Orb to be more aquatic so he can live out his Tide Sage dreams.

1.Are there any plans on expanded queueing for looking for group? Specifically - rated BGs? Arenas of larger size? Mythic-0s?

2.Will we ever see cross-server guilds?

3.Are “cosmetic” glyphs dead (no pun intended regarding Shadowlands)? Inquiring scribes and players alike want to know.

4.Will we ever see some form of “groups” we can join that are from older content? Cenarion Circle? Earthen Ring? Silver Covenant? Kirin Tor? Sunreavers? Council of the Black Harvest? Illidari? Knights of the Ebon Blade? Just to build on that - we know there are at least a few Hunter groups (Unseen Path, Dark Rangers, Farstriders, Rangari, Nesingwary) - and it would be cool for a Hunter to join one (even if it’s just for a transmog or a title/label/whatever). As a Warlock there really aren’t many options for me… but… I’m sure you can fix that. Or just merge Warlocks into Demon Hunters. I want to keep my achievements and reputations but you’ve utterly destroyed Warlocks. Let me join the Illidari and move on.

This is nearly impossible. With every single system or adjustment for a new trinket or an interaction with a certain system that is in place (i.e., covenant abilities), you create the possibility for something to be over/under tuned enough to snowball into unintended effects. Its very easy to say “Just balance it Blizz.” without knowing what goes into balancing. This all coming from someone with NO programming experience. Its really common sense. So many things rely on just your stats alone. If something gives a certain amount of haste, that might work fine for a Sub Rogue, but the second he switches to Outlaw? All hell could break loose and you will see astronomical effects. Be patient and let them do what they do. This xpac has had more Community engagement in the history of this game, enjoy it now.

A few years ago we were told that account-wide reputations would be a thing. That still hasn’t happened. When will that be happening or when will reputation rewards be made account-wide?

The Hogger model in Heroes of the Storm is amazing! I was wondering if Blizzard has considered Gnolls as a playable race? I’d love to have a Gnoll Warrior!
