How will the Mythic+ weekly cache rewards be impacted by the removal of warforging? Will it remain as is, just without the warforge tag, or will there be changes to the gear level?
With the faction symbols in the character select screen, will we be getting an announcement of any race to any faction?

How will old content work after the squish? Its currently possible to Party Sync to appropriate levels to run Molten Core etc. Will it just be fully supported to be able to run any content in the game scaled to level?

You want us to cross the veil into the land of the dead, the place where all are judged regardless of faction, but answer me this:
Can we forge friendships and associate with all the player races of Azeroth?
Long have I waited to fight side by side with a dwarf as a tauren, or at last have tea at Lordamere Lake with a worgen as a forsaken. What’s in the cards for those of us who are craving a cross-faction ragtag of sorts?

Re: character customization. Is there any possibility of adding customization to our character’s names? For example: Apostrophes, Spaces, Surnames, and even having more than one person with the same the name.

Will DHs get to use their wings as a racial flying mount? Similar to the worgen racial ground mount? I mean we have wings we should be able to use them

one of the major failings of BFA was that it was released early without adequate testing of several major features such as azerite gear. What is the plan to ensure adequate testing of shadowlands before release to avoid a similar problem.

2-handed tanking shamans.
Where are they? Shamans were intended to be tanks in Classic and do an okay job of it, but they don’t have that specialization in Retail. Can we expect this to be the expansion where Shamans get a 4th specialization?
Also, Ogre? These were intended to be a horde race in Classic. When will we get our Ogre Magi and Shamans?
Wouldn’t it be amazing to play an Ogre Earth Warder Shaman, tanking mobs with your belly, earth shields, and a giant hammer?

If eye colors can be customized now, will pandaren male get modeled eyes that can turn, like the rest of the races, instead of flat polygons?
When it was said more customization for the original races. Does that include Worgen and Goblins? Also will Allied Races be getting anything?
When designing the Shadowlands, how much inspiration/influence did you take from various religious depictions of hell or the afterlife and are we going to see any of this in the zones’s design or overarching story?

Since we’re getting a level squish with Shadowlands, what will happen with old Dungeon/Raid content? Will we still be able to solo it like we can now, or will we have to start getting groups again like we used to back in the day to run through that content for mounts/transmog?

You mentioned that current Max-Level characters will be brought down to Lv.50 with Shadowlands, so we can level up to the new cap of Lv.60. But what happens if we don’t have a Max Level character, but it is higher than Lv. 50/60? Will all characters above those levels be squished down to 50, or only ones at current Max Level (120)?

My question is about existing Characters and the Level Squish
it was stated that Max Level will go from 120 down to 50
what about the changes for other levelling Characters
say a level 115 does it become 47 - 48 ?
or a level 97 does it become level 40 - 41 ?
or a level 30 does it become level 12 - 13 ?
etc
