Lets see…to the left just outside a base is Song Flower…+15 to all stats and it persist through death. Gee…which side do you think that happens to be on?
What’s right outside the opposing side? NOTHING!
HMMMMM…is this where the developers continue to say “For the Horde!”
Nothing like +15 to all stats for the entire BG…where does alliance get something like that?
Fought over yes…but it’s not hard to figure out who has a distinct advantage. It’s right there for the horde. They run there first thing…eat a flower and now they have +15 to ALL stats for the rest of the bg. 25 horde can eat a flower before one alliance can get there…that means 25 horde are already +15…
Instead of removing it why not move it to an area in the center. They can add some to the alliance side. They could also add a debuff that if you aren’t in combat in 1 min. it goes away(reactivates anytime combat is exited).
Alliance side buffs
‘Leaping Legs’ - " when the player jumps at a 100% chance, on something of a 10s internal cooldown"
‘Web-wrapped Soldier’ - Priest who damages and heals
‘Star Root Tuber’ - “reduces damage taken by 40% for 10 sec, 3 min CD”
Horde side
‘Boulder Shield’ - “This buff lasts for 20 minutes. For every 5ish seconds you’re out of combat, you gain roughly 20k HP in an absorption shield. This absorption shield stacks up to roughly 110% of your maximum HP!”
‘Slippery Slime’ - “The buff lasts 20 minutes. Roughly every 10 seconds, you will randomly get a jolt of nitro-boost-speed for about 2-3 seconds”
“Song Flower” - ’ Increases all stats by15%. This effect persists through death"
It doesn’t take a much to figure out those items on the Alliance side are almost useless. I would give all of those to the horde for Song Flower. Yep, Leaping Legs for the win!
Maybe if they gave 40 of us web wrapped soldier and he persist through death it might balance it out. The priest doesn’t last long either.
If they had Song Flower last 10 seconds with a three minute CD it starts getting better but even then, +15 to ALL STATS and persist thru death is a gift that makes it s almost impossible for Alliance to win with a deck that stacked against them.
An alliance expansion. In what particular way?
The horde have a much deeper lore perspective of the events featuring iconic horde leaders.
Am I missing something, or are you being sarcastic?
I played horde during early wod, and alliance nearing the end. It was more of a 50/50 kinda thing unless you were in more premades.
I can even recall seeing Jugaa’s posts about the horde premade stomping the alliance ones from ‘ruin(?)’.
AV and IoC were the major alliance wins, while the other bgs typically break even.
Horde had SotA and silvershard mines.
