Does anyone actually enjoy playing Ashran, or do you just suffer through it for the honor?
I’d Imagine ranged probably enjoy it more so, but I play melee and it’s pretty lame imo.
Can we bring back the option to exclude one battleground like we have been able to do in the past blizzard?

ranged love it, melee hate it, except for DKS. they get to grip people.

As awful as it is to say I prefer it to a certain Wrath BG: Winter’s Grasp. Ashran does have at least a couple lag choke points and I’ve only had one Ashran where a raid lead knew how it should flow with amazing finesse. I love/hate but rarely specific queue Ashran would say it’s my 2nd least favorite BG. There is a mount rep tied to Ashran (sadly people who exploited turnins got the rep mount without having to know how to do the BG, back in WoD was a spam turnin bug I was told they just went to exalted with Wrynn’s Vanguard in a day without much effort). Ashran might still beat out a turtle A/V game but it’s okay for me, would rather have another bg.
It’s fun as a Rogue, I go backline and start screwin with people
I absolutely love Ashran after it got updated during Shadowlands, you just gotta find your “role.”
CC their backline, go for solar sphere, gank their artifact gatherers, etc
You can even assassinate the enemy artifact NPC to delay their summon
Probably my favorite EBG. Better than sitting in a vehicle and spamming 1 - 2 or standing in a tower for four minutes.
Seriously need a new EBG.

yah we said that on day one wod and it’s never changed
it’s even gotten worse because they falsely removed SWIFTY the literal god from Ashran. Bunch of cowards.

I can imagine it being rough for a Monk tbh I’m not sure what you can do.
Maybe roll into the enemy mob, AOE stun everyone, and then roll back away. Also screw with their positioning using ring of peace especially at choke points.
Nothing greater than the enemy retreater and a monk popping ring to split a group up or cut off an escape, happens all the time up that little hill towards Jeron
I’ve never pvp’d there at all. I only use it for the alliance portal, and to get the flight path to spires to farm that blasted firebird lol.
