Just picked up Ashmanes Razor coral trinket. Still pretty solid? What’s the most optimal way to use it? How many stacks should I build it up for?

Patchwork style : On pull , then around 10-20 stacks when it aligns with other cooldown . Check vs dummy how many stacks you need for 80-100% crit .
Cleave style(m+/trash) : You apply it and let it fall off when target dies to reapply asap on next target.
Short : I think the most of it comes out of the dmg proc over getting almost 100% crit chance for a few sec . Hence why its still so damn good . I have one on my outlaw rogue , pretty solid trinket all around , except few fights where its a pain to use!
Really should just let it stack until you get ToD back for raid st, for m+ there are better options.
