Anyone know of this is a graphics setting issue, or do the tassels just not work when sky riding?

A lot of mounts don’t play nice with skyriding. The Turbocharged Flying Machine for example loses its propelle.
I can see 'em not working, since it was an effect that was applied while you were moving the mount. Skyriding moves the mount with ‘physics’, so that effect probably never activates.
Ah yeah I did notice that too. Was weird.

but I can only image how obnoxious the particle trails would be with skyriding lmao

It’s kind’a the cool part about the mount. I remember seeing a video promo that showed them working fine. Hmm….

Ashes losing tassels with sky riding made me actually like the mount (for skyriding).

The streaks were re-added in one of the builds between PTR and the current Beta, it’ll get fixed.

Ashes wasn’t the only one broken by sky riding. There’s the engy helicopters, the wod store mount, the latest raf mount, pally order hall mount etc. all got broken in some way by sky riding.
