I have the 4 piece set and tier bonus for Ashen Predator. It only give 0.1 second reduction on Aimed shot and 0 seconds on rapid fire. Its supposed to be 1.5 second reduction for both. Is this a bug and is anyone else having this issue?

I have similar issues with BM. The cooldown reduction doesn’t trigger about 10% of the time. I posted about it here and on the bug forums, but nobody seemed to care.
