Is there any way to get Burning Reprisal apearance now?
Yeah its the balance of power questline appearance. You just do that questline and you get the appearance. The only artifact appearances you cannot get anymore on any class or spec is the Challenge appearances. If you go to your class hall there is a spot where you can see all of the skins of your artifact and what their requirements are to unlock them.
