So if this talent procs and then you activate Incarnation, it extends the duration accordingly, but it doesn’t work the other way, meaning if your timer for an rppm proc is unlucky, you can end up with half or less of the expected rppm. It would likely be a more desirable talent if it could proc to add duration to Incarn, and was balanced around this.
