Same here. It’s a little disappointing to do all the work, and then the rewards aren’t working correctly. I hope there will be a way for them to know we all earned the mount and give it to us maybe with a Tuesday update.

I submitted a ticket and also combed the forums. In some, it said to diable all addons if any were on. Then log all the way out and wait 15 min for it to reset. I logged out for several hours and no change. Also disabled all the addons, and reset my User interface per the instructions. Additionally I left SW and the re-entered the zone. It’s ‘supposed’ to be at the chest where you get your currency per the forums. I also thought to look on the vendors to see if it may have popped up on there or in my collections inventory and still nothing. So at this point, its just frustration. If there is something else someone has that worked, I’m open to suggestions

I have also completed the Traveler’s Log. No sign of the mount, or any progress on “Trading Post Enthusiast” achievement. After a reload/relog my Travelers Points have now reset to 0/1000.

Did you log out for a few minutes and then log back in because that worked for me

ive logged out over night last night and on 4 alts and still havent recieved the tiger mount the chest is Un-interactable got 400 currency thats it.

I logged in and still no mount, also at 0/1000 traders tender too.

I also did not receive the mount. I did accomplish the tasks across multiple characters if that matters.
