I wish there was a talent kind of like the one with Spirit Wolves, where every time you press stormstrike you reduce the CD of wolves. Maybe this could be implicated into the Ascendance CD in replacement of DRE or something, where every time you spend max stacks of maelstrom on lightning bolt, it reduces the CD of Ascendance by a second.
