When u get an ascendance proc r u supposed to use the beam that replaces chain lightning or do u spam lava burst. Ty
I wish lava beam auto crit flame shock targets the same way lava burst does.
Feels like it would be super powerful and very rewarding for good flame shock spread.
Lava Burst spam if there’s a single target.
Lava Beam if there’s multiple targets.

I weave lightning bolts (or Earth Shock when it’s available) in between, but I don’t use Ascendance. You might check a guide like Icy Veins for what’s better simulation damage.
Not until 4 targets during an ascendance proc do you press lava beam. Under that press lava burst.
At one target, Ignore everything and spam lava burst.
At 2-3 targets spam lava burst but also press earthquake if you are about to cap maelstrom
At 4 targets ignore the proc and do your regular rotation
I’d recommend not using this as its god awful. If you want to continue using it, it makes no difference in your rotation so don’t change anything
All the leaderboards and info im seeing says unlimited power is better than storm
Are you talking pvp? Always a good idea to mention it if you are, most people assume pve unless otherwise stated
