Ever since that quest in Legion - where every other unnamed NPC DH swoops down to deliver stuff and then flies off again - it’s never made any sense why we can’t have some kind of flight form, dynamic or otherwise.
Besides, the Illidari are growing restless and if we don’t find some friends to be weird flying claw wizards with soon then we’re gonna start making YouScry videos and no one wants that 
Demon Hunters not being able to fly makes as little sense as martial artists summoning statues and animals to do everything for them.
Let the Demon Hunters use their wings, they had it first.
Flying as a Demon Hunter would be nice, but it’d also be nice if Evokers or Dracthyr had a melee spec…

We have wings that can glide but cant fly.
All blizzard has to do, give dhs soar, patch up their wings and boom. Flight.
Weeeeeellll we did see a bit of what a Drakthir could do as a DH when we fighted:

We even saw him go Meta but with Void instead of Fel… so its not to impossible to get Drakthyr to be DH… when the aset for their Meta is already there created. (IMO)
Honestly I would not mind as a DH wilding that Cosmic Void as a Demon Dragon Meta,… I could even role play as a Night Warrior…
Ooooo doing a Void or Fel Version of Eternity Surge with my wings as a DH would look soooo sick and cool! (IMO) Hmm maybe add some floating eyes glyph to change the cosmic look to Old God theme, as I charge with my wings?
AAHHH I got to stop myself, can’t over hype when there been no indication of such things!
