As a tank, how are you supposed to handle Necrotic in Necrotic Wake?

You queue as dps and let someone else deal with this nonsense affix.

Yeah Im not sure how, but the monk tanks just drop their stacks by themselves somehow. Makes them perfect for necrotic.

What kind of tank? As a kyrian, you can stack up and once the little dudes are dead, pop a vial. Also, while the big guys can’t be slowed, they don’t charge, either, so you just get some distance and then kite infinitely.

Kyrian it off, leap away and kite, or have someone in your group taunt. Shouldn’t be that big of a deal.
