Yeah… we had that conversation in some other thread. The races could indeed be more creative, but when it comes to the story… in my opinion, Heavensward, Shadowbringers, and Endwalker were the best. I’d really like to tell you more about Zenos now, especially since you’ve just encountered him, but I’ll hold back. xD
However, I have to say that I don’t find the post-Endwalker story as compelling. It seems to drop in quality somewhat. But, of course, that’s just my opinion. You’ll see for yourself eventually.
Hey now the Vulpera are good people and a fine addition to the Horde. The real crime is thst we’re getting a playable Dwarf variant for the Horde, when the likes of Ogres and Forest Trolls remain unplayable.

we have paid the price for sharing our world and we have forgotten what made us strong.) sadly that lesson in that cinematic didnt seem to be heeded by the writers and a lot of players. we are unique factions unique races with different beliefs we are not humans with just a differnt apearence which is how they have been writing it since that expansion.

Yes, the Grimtotem are officially part of the Horde, but I believe Brewa brought up Grimtotem because some of them join the Alliance in… Stonetalon, I believe? I might have been a different zone but I’m pretty sure it was Stonetalon.
(Correct me if I’m wrong)
The Grimtotem don’t really make sense for the Alliance. They are in an open conflict with the Night Elves, and the small group that once helped the Alliance betrayed them at the next opportunity.
HMT would have been a good neutral race option, and even Baine, along with some like-minded individuals, could fit. However, the Grimtotem would require a significant stretch to make them somehow fit into the Alliance.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think tauren should be on the Alliance side at all, I was just guessing that’s why they brought up the Grimtotem for the Alliance.

When Magni Bronzebeared turned himself into a diamond paperweight there was almost no choice but for making Dark Iron’s Alliance. His daughter Moira was both his successor and ruler of the Dark Irons.
But yep, I have to say, no need to dig up the Earthen for anybody.
There is no Horde anymore because Blizzard destroyed them. They could call yourself the Republic, but don’t do that or sales won’t be good.

It was really the perfect opportunity to bring some diversity into the factions. But giving us copies of races we already have… what nonsense.

Well, Drakthyr should have been that but they locked them to a single class and don’t let them wear armor… God knows why they thought either of those were a good idea, but whatever.
