As a Community, we do not want RDF

Here’s the part where you are wrong, I never afk’ed. I was still out in the world doing stuff. Granted I may have even missed things in lfg channel while I was questing or gathering. But an RDF would have made that questing and gathering easier by not having to keep one eye on a chat window and the other on the world.

Yeah, me either, I looked the kid up, and it’s def an account created solely for doing the crap he’s doing. I just really don’t like people messing with other people’s accounts. Like, you wanna troll me, fine, but when you start doing or saying crap that can affect people irl? We got a problem, and he knows what he’s doing. He’s the kind of jerk that probably watches people getting SWAT’ed on tiktok and thinks it’s funny.

Literally a fresh account.

You do realize that you can use the LFG tool to que for dungeon and get summoned to the dungeon without having to do any social interaction. So how exactly is any different then RDF other then that it lets you que for a random and is a lot less time consuming.

It also would’ve meant that you would never be able to find your guild or meet your girl, a lot of what you’re saying goes against the experience you had. You had those social experiences by putting up with LFG chat and forcing yourself to interact with people.

I never said or did anything, they made the quote lmao and how does him being exposed for gold buying affect his IRL?

He should’ve thought about that before saying this:

It kills the reliance on LFG chat which promotes the primary social activity in Classic.

No it doesnt i have tanked for dungeons and never said word to anyone.

Then you seem like a not so social person, perhaps improve social skills and you’d have more fun.

And that’s your fault, when I tank I talk to everybody and ask them at the minimum how their day is going.

It’s an MMO, you have to be social.

I found my guild from people I had played with in original wrath, you know the one with rdf. But I also leveled alts on my own at times as well. Especially if I was in-between level ranges of other alts in the guild.

Well, to most people, the subtle yet refined art of sarcasm has not yet been lost. Apparently, you did not take that course and or were not born with the ability to understand nor see it when it happens. And when shown and or told that it was sarcasm, decided to dig your pink high heels on the hill that is “NO, I’M RIGHT” and continue to put what he said (mind you, that’s shorthand for what we call “cherry-picking” his statement) in a way that makes it look like what he said was something other than sarcasm and have actively encouraged people to find them and report them.

You are just a really horrible human being. All over a video game. All over someone engaging in the discussion YOU posted about. Why? Cause that’s how your infantile brain gets it’s dopamine kick.

Community and Social Interaction are red herrings being used to try and add credibility to the “I do not like RDF” position.

Right now, the large majority of dungoen groups do not talk to each other or talk only enough to get the run completed then everyones says “GG” and goes their seperate ways.

So to say RDF will ruin the community of WoW, there would need to be a community in the first place.

The non-RDF supporters need to stop hiding behind the community excuse and say what they really mean, “We do not want to lose our control over who does and does not get to join groups.”

Oh, so besides getting your kicks out of trying to get people’s accounts banned, you’re also the Grand Marshal and Poobah of all things MMO related? Funny, I didn’t get that memo in the 40 years I’ve been gaming.

Better late than never

Still ain’t got it, and won’t ever get it, cause he ain’t it. Try again.

im honestly curious how thats the case… with rdf in game then with both you could que from anywhere and keep going about your business with farming and questing until it pops… you get thrown in with players you dont know to complete specific objectives, and when you do complete them… you get rewarded and put back where you were…

so tell me please, honestly, how thats apple and oranges comparing the two?

You CANNOT make statements like this:

And then say “Oopsie, didn’t mean it it’s just sarcasm.”

It does NOT work that way in the Real world.

I dare you to got your employer and tell them some racial slur and then say “It’s just sarcasm bro, it’s not a big deal” and see if you don’t get removed from your job.

If that person who posted it felt like it’s misinterpreted, THEY can go edit it and add in a /s tag or even DELETE it.

But once it’s out there you nor him can control how ANYONE reacts to that sentence. You cannot control how others FEEL.

My dungeon runs do NOT go this way, I am very active in talking to people and many have found guilds and raid spots by simply playing well and interacting and adding others.

Stop projecting your own social insecurity onto the rest of us, WE want to keep OUR Community intact and not have it ruined by RDF.

Bro, just let it go, you’re only showing a part of the original statement, nor the quote that it was replying to, so you’re intentionally obfuscating the context. Just stop. You’re too dim witted to understand sarcasm, we get it…the whole forums gets it. Move on and stop trying to get people’s accounts banned cause you can’t understand something that everyone else does.

Constant insults, constant toxicity, constantly defending someone who admits to gold buying and he’s been trolling this thread for over a 100 posts now too and ran away with his tail tucked between his legs the moment he slipped up.

I said everything I had to say, for anyone new reading this here is the quote:

If this gets him banned then fine, if it doesn’t then that’s also fine because I didn’t say it, HE did. I’m only reposting it for clarity so people can see WHO said it.

Maybe next time you should learn that using sarcasm as a way to defend criminal activity will not work everywhere you go, this is a valuable life lesson for you and anyone else reading this.

Full exchange provided for …wait for it…CONTEXT. Anyone with a brain can see they were being sarcastic. Sheesh.

Sarcasm does NOT excuse illegal behavior.
