Blizzard expect people to pay sub and wait for 5 hrs queue time?

After 4 evenings of being queued, I logged in my toon this morning, while working and had it active in the server all day to avoid the queues this evening. Went for a smoke break at 4:30 pm and came back to being disconnected and 2000 queue. So another evening spent watching the queue time down. They should auto-transfer back all the refugees that clambered over to our server when transfers were opened and give them a refund. Not sure wtf you would allow paid transfers to a full realm to begin with? Seems to be a blatant money grab on Blizzards part.
They brought layers in on 9 servers and Arugal being one of them, so it solve this issue finally

Havent experienced que time yet, how bad is it?
Last few nights have been 600-900 people queues, about 45min wait time. Stupid as hell that itās even an issue. Just increase the server amount to 12-15k and there wouldnāt be an issue. Removing layering = server queue.

90 minute queue at 6pm on a monday night is completely unacceptable. Removed layers far too early.

Just home from work and already 2 1/2 hours
I went AFK for a bit got logged out and now I am qued with 167 minutes to go
Blizzard you need to do something about this
I have missed several raid nights as a result of the 2000+ Queue Boss defeating me ā¦ bring back layering Blizzard. While your at start dishing out some in game credits for all of the accounts that were locked out of the paid service.
