Our servers have been offline all day can i get some kind of response on what is happening ?

Please dont bump a thread it will be looked at as soon as a blue gets in.
1:30pm in Austin and 11:30am in Irvine and not even a note that they are investigating or have an issue that is to be resolved.

Dalaran went down as I was playing a minute ago. It seems it was just the Azeroth server, the players in Valdraiken in trade chat said they were unaffected. But in Org the AH didn’t work, the portals were all down. we could not mount or interact with NPCs.

There were some server restarts this morning (US time). Arugal, Felstriker, and Yojamba are all showing Online now from what I can see.
Check again when you can! Apologies for the interruption.
@Jambrix thank you for looking into this but those servers on Era side (not WotLK side) are still showing offline on the server screen.
They also show offline on own webpage under Era server status (sorry cannot link)

We’re talking Classic ERA. Down since server maintenance.
I’m also talking Classic Era. When logging in to Classic Era all 3 of those servers show online and I’m able to log into them to create characters. I did not check Wrath Classic.
Can you upload a screenshot to imgur.com of what you’re seeing on the realm selection in-game and post the link to that here?
I see on the realm status page those 3 are showing offline which could indicate an issue but it also may be a display bug with just the website (this has happened before).
@Jambrix, Can you please help with the Classic Era Servers not WOTLK. The CLassic Era servers are still offline:
-Aragul
-Yojamba
-Felstriker
Consider the Blizzard Realm Status still displays these same servers as offline:

Hmmmm… at the time of your post those classic era realms were still offline. You guys may need to do an inventory of realms.
The 3 Oceanic ERA servers were offline for over 24 hours
They are now online
