How else can I aquire artisans acuity aside from crafting orders?
Every time I look at crafting orders people either supply some or none of the ingredients so getting acuity without providing my own mats is difficult.
Anyone know of a work around? Perhaps there’s some quests that award it?
You got 300 when you did your professions intro quest in Dornogal.
You get another 5 every time you gain a knowledge point from quests or open world gathers/chests. 2 each week for crafting professions, more than that if you have a gathering or enchanting profession since you can catch all the way up with 1 knowledge point items from gathering or disenchanting with your profession.
Darkmoon Faire profession quest (not a daily, 1/event) should also give a small sum.

A few tips as i just did this with an alt and didnt want to put much effort.
The NPC on the crafting table seemed to be the easy way, as they supply the mats, combine that with the weekly crafting quest.
They also have profession points scattered around the zones, easy pickups with the weakarua
Algari Treatises give points and acuity.
Its worth noting that some crafting items require acuity, but the item its self is warbound and can be transfered to an alt, obviously depends on what you need.
