Artisan Fishing Hat pattern and some acuity patterns nonrefundable, while others are refundable

On my tailor, I was purchasing the pattern for the artisan’s fishing hat from Lyrendal. I immediately tried to learn it, but forgot that I still had a vendor window open, so instead of learning it when right clicking, it sold it back. However instead of giving me the currency back, it just sold to the buyback tab. Because the behavior has been that these usually show a countdown refund timer to return for currency, I didn’t realize this and bought it again for currency thinking I had been refunded, so I was out 150 acuity because I bought it twice and was unable to refund it. This was all within a few minutes, so well within the 2-hour window.

I’m not sure if this was a glitch with the fishing hat pattern, or all patterns, or my transaction in particular, but I just purchased a jewelcrafting pattern to double check the behavior and it shows a 2-hour countdown timer on the pattern to refund when selling it back. I don’t want to accidentally lose more acuity in testing this, but maybe the currency refunds on the patterns should be investigated. I could have paid more attention, yes, but they should at least have consistent behavior.

Edit: Enchanter’s crystal purchased by jewelcrafters is also not refundable, but other jewelcrafting patterns are. Seems like the issue is they are just not consistent.
