Anyone else clearing out old stuff taking up bag space wonder how to get rid of artifact weapons from previous expansions? You can’t delete it. You can’t vendor it. You can’t put it in void storage.
Makes you wonder if you need to delete your character, throw your computer off the top of a tall building, vanish into thin air with it in hand, or have the universe swallowed up by the Abyss of No Return to get rid of it.

Nope, just tried to put three into void storage for the tenth time. You get this in red letters: “You cannot deposit that item into void storage.” At least it’s not in caps lock letters, but man. Like what the…?!

After years of careful study we have determined that “Ashbringer” was less than accurate. The particulates are actually dust and it doesn’t bring them, it attracts them. With the next weeks maintenance it has been renamed…

You’d think at this point they’d let us drill holes in the legiondaries and artifact weapons and make a little mobile out of them… kinda like you do in 2006 with CD’s you’ll never use again.
You’re not supposed to get rid of it. They’re needed in order to get all of the skins and colorations for transmog.

I like having mine. It’s a shiny souvenir! Legendary/artifact types have never been destructible.
Does it really take up that much space though? With good bags you can have around 250+ slots in your bank. Surely three artifacts can fit in there.
Oh, no problem. But some of us have countless guild banks full of crap. Where does it all end? Lol.

I’d love to have a laserdisc collection but man oh man are they expensive … also have a few Vinyl records of like “news to the world” and dance music though my turntable has been broken for years so… maybe not the most useful thing to keep lol
I bought one for my Dad a few years back that converts LPs to MP3.
He now has 50 years of albums on a flashdrive lol
