Artifact Weapon Quest Changed?

Hello I am looking to start the Artifact quest line as it is required for Legion Dungeons, however all the help guides I have found reference NPC’s or portals that are no longer there:

I am looking to experience this quest line as well as the Artifact weapon as I took a long break and never had the opportunity when Legion was released. Additionally it appears to be a requirement for the LFG dungeon system.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Just go to new Dalaran and walk around a bit and you’ll get the quest that leads to the artifact quests.

Much appreciated. What is the best method to get there? Searching seems to provide some conflicting information.

You should get the quest somewhere in Orgrimar that leads to new Dal and Legion content.
