So I have been leveling a zandalari druid and just got my first legion artifact weapon but it doesn’t change my feral dino lizards appearance at all. do the artifacts just not affect the zandalari forms?
So just to confirm, while in the tmog panel, when you select the fangs wepon, does the cat in the preview window change or does that also stay the same?
i have the dagger equipped and I hit feral form and im still the same lizard i have been. do i specifically have to tmog them now? also the daggers dont show up under legion artifact tab
I would not think so, but I suggest trying. Also, are you trying on the druid your posting as? I would think that you would have to be at least 100 to equip an artifact
welp i got myself to 100 still no change. and still doesnt show up under artifact tab. feeling little disappointed with the decision to wait until now to make one 
Did you do the quests to get the fangs? I don’t think thats how the artifact tmog works, you still need to have the actual wepon to mog with it Not 100% sure on how the system works.
In my perfect world, druids could mog their lvl 1’s with their artifacts
ya you are able to do the quests at 98 so ive had them. the wierder part is I have the balance and resto options for legion artifacts and havent done those quests. its odd
Do you have glyph of the chameleon active? Idk if that’d do it, just throwing out ideas.
As above, check you haven’t the glyph of chameleon. Equipped artifact weapon is strange as you’re unable to directly Mog to other artifact colours (as we do in BFA, with non artifact weapons (unless they fixed)).
With that not really being your issue though, would suggest checking out your order hall, and seeing if you can change from there.
I have good news and bad news.
The good news is that the Feral and Guardian artifacts do change the Zandalari forms.
The bad news is that there is no default option for Zandalari… As in when you first get the artifacts and equip them they have no appearance change for Zandalari until you unlock one of the other color options.
So basically that first row of the Fangs only has 3 options for Zandalari to pick from instead of the 4 that other druids get.

Ahhh, that makes sense.
Tauren had the brown, and Troll had the green/red.
There’s been no thought in setting a the base Zand colour.
All other skins should be available (with the exception of the base mage tower), including the alternate colours of the base skin once unlocked.
This would explain why there was the glitched placeholder model that showed in the mini-cutscene when I got my bear form artifact for my Zandalari
