Anyone have an idea on how to get Artifact power from Legion? I can’t seem to find it and I’m trying to get some to level up my Angler’s fishing rod …
I thought that died with the artifacts when we turned off Sargeras’ sword. That aside, I believe for the fishing rod specifically you had to fish up the artifact power.
You need to get the special fishing lures from either fishing them up yourself or buying them off the ah.

Equip the underlight angler, catch more rare fish. You start receiving a new version of the fish that should offer AP for being thrown back instead of skill-up. Once you have a few hundred AP, when you go to the pearl in Dalaran, you should then be able to unlock the whole tree and spend it.
(Unlike other Legion artifacts, the Underlight Angler was never turned off; there were a lot of bugs moving to the new profession equipment system, but I think they managed to sort them all out)

I may have spoken too soon. I double-checked my dracthyr and I still can’t unlock the talent tree on their new Underlight Angler, even though they have farmed up some AP.
