I am reading a wowhead article and one of the comments says I need Artifact knowledge level 5 … Its been a while since legion, how do I know what level my knowledge is?
That info is outdated. Assume that your artifact’s Artifact Knowledge is maxed out. Nothing is being restricted or gated by that, since the end of Retail Legion (and also true in Remix).
