Artifact Issue / Bug - Please help

Hello,
I got my mage tower artifact appearence and just recently decided to get the fel/green color one by soloing heroic TOS killing all the bosses including Kil Jaden. The updated fell color did not appear in my transmogs. I looked online and found this -
"Note: The basic tint of the challenge appearance is unobtainable as of Battle for Azeroth prepatch. The other tints can still be unlocked if you finished the Mage Tower Artifact Challenge during Legion. "

Is this a bug or am I not able to get the other color tints to my flaming warglaives ?

So long as you completed your Mage Tower fight for that spec on that character and got the base skin for your Artifact, then you can still go back and complete the requirements for the 3 tints on that same character.

I did the Mage Tower on this character and I got my tint for killing Kil’jaedan after BFA launched.

Have you tried logging out of & back into the game since you did your kill?

nevermind - it took a couple minutes for it to appear
