Hi, I leveled my druid during legion, got the artifact, unlocked at least one color of each skin, including the challenge tower. I took a break and my account was not active for a few months, now that I came back, my artifact bearform and catform skins are not working. Is there something I need to do?

Barber shop. Skins are no longer tied to weapins
Any shapeshift appearances you have earned will be available in the barbershop.
Since people already mentioned the barbership for the skin, you can transmog the actual weapon appearance, the skins are no longer tied to the weapons, and you can use the artifacts of other specs.
