Can i still get the Outlaw Hidden Artifact appearance. This Toon is boosted to 120 but i did get my artifacts and am wondering if i can still get my hidden appearance or not.
Hidden yes. It’s just the mage tower one you cannot. Love outlaw hidden!

You will need to do the Legion starting quests, open up your class hall, and get the Outlaw Artifact.
How to start Legion as 120 boost
If you boosted to level 120, visit the Command Board on your capital city Stormwind or Orgrimmar and pick up the quest The Legion Returns (Alliance) | The Legion Returns (Horde).
When you turn this quest in, Recruiter Lee (Alliance) or Holgar Stormaxe (Horde) will give you a choice to skip the introductory quest line to the Broken Shore. If you choose to skip, you will be immediately teleported to Dalaran and you will be asked to hand in the last quest called In the Blink of an Eye —hand in this quest to receive your Dalaran hearthstone.
You will also need to work your way through the Stormheim quests until you reach the Cry Thunder quest (that doesn’t have to be completed). You just need to ensure that Vethir is located at Cullen’s Post for the next part.

Then you will need to get both Bindings to drop from the dungeons: right binding (Ash’golm in Vault of Wardens) & left binding (Dargrul in Neltharion’s Lair).
Then take x10 Infernal Brimstone with you to meet Vethir at Cullen’s Post.
