Arcane mages are now healing mages… But I sure do love being able to cast rend in zerkerstance and them free auto attacks off a GCD rune ability and a free offhand autoattack from whirlwind if you got 60% rage.

For those confused as to why Dual Wield Fury warriors only need 6% hit with the skill rings:
If you use a swing timer and que up Heroic Strike before the offhand swing, then the “yellow hit” bonus also applies to the Offhand swing that goes before the next mainhand swing, while only the mainhand swing will consume the queued ability. I believe the same also applies to the cleave ability.
It is one of the compounding reasons that Warriors did so much damage in Era compared to their class design intent.

Nope you are in fact wrong and clueless.
Your offhand has a much higher miss percentage than your main hand.
The only reason you can reduce this is a bug with heroic strike. If heroic strike is queued and about to go off, it overrides your offhand hit percentage with your mainhand hit percentage so its only 6%.
If you don’t do heroic strike queuing you will have MUCH higher miss chance with your offhand.
It is literally not a thing, you can miss with your main hand while holding 2 weapons if you have 15% hit, you have a 10% chance to do so in fact, same as your offhand.
The information is out there, just do research on the dual wield penalty, it simply adds 19% miss chance to both your main hand and offhand and causes your offhand to do 50% less damage, that is why talents off set it. Edit: for white attacks.
This has been an argument since vanilla, and for some reason, people wont do the simple test and go and auto swing at things and see that your main hand does indeed miss, even if you are over the yellow attack hit cap when you are dual wielding.
Warriors already have a competitive dps and tank spec.
Asking to buff their pvp spec into a pve spec is like asking sub rogue / frost mage to be a good pve spec. Cant have everything.
Play Cata. That’s when Arms became an actual PvE DPS spec. It certainly isn’t here and it doesn’t need to be either.

What terrible logic. X spec is bad but Y and Z spec are also bad so therefor all these specs need to stay bad.

Nobody cares that Warriors aren’t outpacing literally every other class/spec in Molten Core like Unholy Death Knights were outpacing literally every other class/spec in Naxx25.

Whenever a hunter complains about melee spec, or a druid complains about boomkin spec, etc I’m going to just point to this topic and say “They aren’t supposed to be a viable raid spec”
