i’m torn between Arms Warrior/Assassin or Sub Rogue which has better survival in pve and pvp wise lol from leveling to end game contents (and also to shadowlands) ??

Not only are they hot, but they have a lot of cc. Arms warriors are okay, I guess, but Sub Rogues are great at the stun and stab move.
You could also lower your APM by going with non-haste builds.
Arms has a wonderful spam rotation of Overpower, Mortal Strike, and Slams all of which can lower or reset CD of each other in the process. Skullsplitter when low on Rage or when Execute becomes available, smash/breaker for more damage.
Assassin has a lot of dots, a lot. Garrote and Rupture up at all times, you can get a couple extra from talents with Crimson Tempest for AOE and Internal Bleeding with Kidney Shot. I like to combine a haste trinket with Vendetta then when it expires and energy is low, Memory of Lucid Dreams the next wave.
How fast is this game with gcds that people are asking for low apm?
Not really, no.
Well, pre patch doesn’t matter, and things change in the beta. Pick one you like, and test run. Sin is typically the slower of those you listed in terms of apm.
So sub rogue more better till 40 then switch to assassin ?

Well sin is a dot class and kinda not active without passive in talent they shine at 40+ while sub alot more better till then

It’s hard for me to choose due to no class trials (disabled until they fixed it) and def decided to try SUB rogue from 1-50 since alot of people it’s better gameplay due to amazing self heal kit and smoother gameplay
Some people have Carpal Tunnel, or just don’t enjoy spammy rotations.
