The spec is NOT bad. Please don’t buff it anymore. I don’t even want to say get gud because you don’t even have to be good to get the full potential out of arms. All you have to do is press your fear on the other team and intervene, which isn’t even hard.
The damage is completely insane tho. Instead of more buffs what it really needs is some nerfs.

I did that already tho. Also, I’m not saying it’s brain dead compared to BM or DH, but it isn’t overly complicated.
My main point is that the class is VERY strong. The damage is so insane and the supportive toolkit I’d argue is the most annoying to deal with after rogue.

I like when arms is bad because it hard counters hpriest while also having almost no synergy with hpriest, so while I disagree that it’s OP, I completely agree with nerfing it 
It’s not feral, or spriest, or BM hunter, but it is very strong. I am mainly suggesting it doesn’t need anymore buffs and it’s fine the way it is. Their damage can be tuned down just a little bit is the only suggestion I’d make.

warrior arms is nerfed every patch, that they put new gear. there is a joke from vanilla until nowadays, “if the war is not nerfed then the patch is not official.”
They recent got massive damage buffs. This always happens mid season 1 and then there’s a dominance of warrior for 3 seasons straight. Usually in the form of ret/warrior.
What we’ve gotten with the recent buffs is literally history repeating itself. Like, I don’t know how this happens every time.
Warrior is bad cause it feels like a 12 year old child designed it, they could buff their damage by another 20% and it’d still be one of the most boring classes in the game
Every class is starting to feel like this honestly, you don’t really play differently against Lock/Spriest/Ele in Arena. Homogenizing classes was terrible for the game, Precog makes it worse
the issue is that the arms war is the most buffed with gear, because is total physical damage. that why when they are totally geared, they are monsters. that why they are nerfet very often.

I think we just spent the entirety of Dragonflight with DPS Warrior getting a 3-5% buff every few weeks because the class doesn’t really scale with gear.
Arms doesn’t benefit enough from Vers.

I haven’t tried arms yet but fury feels sort of like this, just hit whatever spell is lit up. Literally some games just do this and win. Similar to enhance shaman in that regard but at least shaman has an interesting class fantasy to me.

Arms doesn’t improve anything unfortunately, its just Fury but with one 2H
well , when i got the legendary axe, i was super buffed. pally and dk were buffed only 50% becouse the use magic, fury was, buffed 75% becouse he has penalty for using two big waeapons, but the arms war got the 100% buff of the legendary, and was a super buff, i remember rise 300k dps in mythical raid.
