I just want to know if I’m missing something here.
I’m doing the Sparks weekly solo, hardly any groups and can’t be bothered to make one myself. It’s kinda a ghost town. Anyway I see an Arms Warrior and we fight, and it seemed like I was going to win it out.
Suddenly, he goes from 10% to full HP. I don’t know what he did. I know there’s Impending Victory but what else would heal that amount that quickly?
I’m just trying to understand what happened more than anything.
I have like 500 cavedweller’s delights on me just from picking up dirt piles for sparks weekly quests / profession knowledge.
Also it’s pretty common to be carrying around a healthstone from any BG I’ve recently been in.
That + Impending victory is basically full heal.
Hunter does the same thing with healthstone + potion + exhilaration. It is literally the exact same amount of healing since exhil is baseline the same % of max HP as impending victory.
Most classes can essentially lay on hands themselves the same way.
You know, I never thought about doing that. Probably should start carrying those around if I’m doing world PvP in the future.
Thanks for the clarification! I just seen that and was like, “Well, that’s an awful lot of healing.”

No problem.
I’m also pretty sure that algari healing potions are on a separate cooldown from cavedweller’s delight. Cavedweller shares a cooldown with saltwater potions / shadowflame rocket / nitro boosts, etc. Healing potions share a cooldown with third wind and potion of defiance.
Consumables are loosely sorted into an offensive shared cooldown and a defensive shared cooldown. Though blizzard is kind of inconsistent about this.

The engineering tinker, Heartseeking Health Injector, works really well too. It damn near heals me to full health every time I use it.

There is very little class fantasy left in the game so warriors can now heal and rets can hit u with a TV from 20 yards away.

Can you macro the two together for one big heal?
both algari healing potions and cavedweller potions are on a separate CD and combining them both can be close to a full heal. they’re cheap, so pick some up.
Yes.
Though personally I keep all my potion / health stone / class healing binds separate because I like being able to heal before I get to 10% HP so you’re not wasting a ton on overhealing. It sucks to get stunned low and be dead without healing.

My fury has been able to do that pretty much since Cata came out…arms though? Idk, maybe. I have not touched arms in many years.
I always try to do WPvP around lots of easy to kill NPCs that are my level that way I get a never ending supply of Victory rushes. But I do that in fury spec. No pots and no outside heals, no outside buffs needed. Just legit VR spam from nearby NPCs as well as massive self heals.
A hunter in a random dungeon outhealed the healer there so yea. Lower level dungeon, but still That upset me a little seeing how so little care the devs have for keeping this game an RPG game as well. They really need to bring back the RPG elements into WoW that includes healers not being able to nuke down a DPS player in WPvP in a 1v1 and healers and tanks not being to outheal heals in WPvP and in BGs and dungeons.
