Blizzard, any reason why youve nerfed all our traits by 50% or more? Very hard to tell which traits are good in pvp because the tooltips are very misleading and dont do what they say they do in arenas.

Stack that 3x

Doesn’t matter what traits you stack as arms. You will still top damage. I would focus more on the 2nd and 3rd rings.
This has nothing to do with rating. It has more to do with picking azerite traits that arent nerfed into the ground.
The tooltips suck. And there does need to be something done about it. But it’s not complicated, just time consuming.
Enter a BG or as Skirmish and look at your traits while instanced inside pvp. Make your own choices based on the results.
