Those hidden scaling mechanics are not in Shadowlands currently as far as I know.

How would you know given they are hidden scaling mechanics?
Testing, others testing, and alot of feedback on the forums basically pointing to the scaling mechanics being gone. Go read the arena forums, it was everywhere for awhile, not sure if it still is.
I do think the tank scaling is still there though.

Sorry if this has been answered, but which spec shows more promise in pve endgame content? Just come back to the class after many years; I like the chunkier feel of arms but by all accounts it has fallen behind fury in castle nathria. Fury is also very enjoyable for me so far though as well especially with those sweet sudden doom procs 
Too early, ask again once the first few weeks of mythic are over.
