No redoing per say, but adjustments to some talents, new spots for connections and things baseline. Sweeping strikes is baseline now, the 5% damage MS talent is also baseline now and those 2 talents were removed. Skull splitter changed slightly.
The PTR talent calculator allows you to get 3 capstones, one in every branch now if you wanted.

I’m excited for the new changes and can already see how single target builds can be viable in mythic dungeons now
For pvp ive been playing a bladestorm focused build with blademasters torment, unhinged, and storm of destruction in honor talents.
These changes seem… crazy good. Is this fake??
These look like water downed version of from BETA.

Now if they revert the nerf on def stance or give us ignore pain, it will be perfect.
Add taking Sweeping strikes off GCD ontop of that and it be beyond perfect
If they did that they’d need to nerf arms damage in pvp, it would be very problematic I promise you
In case you’ve missed it since your post was a few weeks ago, Arms is getting Ignore Pain back as a choice talent in the currently unused “Storm Wall” talent spot below “Die By The Sword”.
Wonder how crazy arms will play vs Fury in duel with similar gear and skill. Warriors on ptr tell us the betting favor XD.
Warriors are almost always favored by blizzard is this a shocker?

Seeing ignore pain back for arms kind of has me wanting to play Arms Warrior, but I’m like 90% certain Arms is going to end up broken in PvP after these changes and I hate being on the chopping block, the balances changes this time around have been pretty wild.
Arms is probably still getting kited more than Fury, but… it will be dangerous if it gets into melee, particularly if it can cleave.
The fact that they’re making us choose between ignore pain and storm wall is really dumb. Arms right now needs both. Storm is already pretty bad so I think people are just going to go with ignore pain but other classes have multiple defensives on shorter cooldowns, plus more passive life regen (dh, sp, demo, etc.)
I don’t think 10.0.5 is going to change a whole lot for us. Ignore pain will be an improvement but we’re still going to struggle more than we should be defensively.
