Is there a rough breakpoint where Haste stops being worth stacking for Arms?
Also, I’m wondering if it’s possible to overlap Test of Might with Colossus smash for even a few gcds
There is a point, but I’m pretty sure it is unreachable.
Some arms warriors are having 70-90 percent base haste.
It is definitely possible to overlap tom with cs. You can for sure with lucid dreams and especially in execute phase. I’d imagine even moreso with all the haste people have now.
I’m assuming that’s with a bunch of expedient stacks.

I grabbed one! It’s all I can afford since I’ve only been back in game about 3 weeks after quitting weeks into BFA.
At least the next time it comes around I’ll have 15k+ saved hopefully and better gear to put it on.

I mean, you can stop at anytime if you feel like you need other stats. I sit at close to 40% haste baseline(cause RNG hates me) and then I started getting some extra mastery and vers cause I know during an encounter i’ll be at 60%+ for close to the whole encounter.
I am also saving up to buy more Expedient III when I can 
Seeing MOTHER is selling masterful 2 and expedient rank 3, at the moment, i thought i need to grab masterful to boost my deepwound damage to improve my overall damage in m+.
But after reading this thread and see others base haste so high compare to mine, make me want to grab the expedient rank 3 and apply to my gear to further boost my haste. Currently only got 2 expedient on my gear and sitting at 33% base haste with a lot of random haste bonus buff. The only question is which corruption on my gear that i need to get rid off so that not overshoot the 39 threshold or just reapply new corruption to my glove. but will get more than 39 corruption level. Need some suggestion here.

You’re fairly safe just going off that I imagine. Drop your lowest corruption. Racing Pulse and Honed Mind are both pretty close, so ideally you’d replace both, but HM is technically lower so if something’s gotta go…
If really want to get exact on it, just sim both possibilities.
For raids haste > crit.
For mythic plus mastery >= haste.
It’s just expedient it’s a lot better overall when we look at all content. Some warriors will stack mastery for mythic plus though. If mythic + is your priority go for it.
Been thinking of replacing strike through rank 3 on my weapon as well, since strike through rank 3 and expedient rank 3 cost same amount of corruption and strike through sim lowest among all the corruption on my gear according to blood mallet. And maybe replace some of the haste gem to mastery gem to boost my deep wound damage.
Most top M+ arms warriors stack haste, but instead of haste/crit gear they go for haste/mastery.
Personally, I find vers to be super underrated myself and have done builds where when everything is rolling my vers is at 17-21% and have seen decent results from it.
I’d be careful getting too deep into mastery over haste.
