I died to a war doing bladestorm and they got 2 crit MS procs on me.

I shrugged, laughed and next time I’ll respect the CD.

Show me a screen shot of a monk doing 38k in 1.5 seconds to a target with 29% versatility in 3v3 arena and I’ll admit I’m an idiot.

I took 38k damage in the first 1.5 seconds of bladestorm.

I’d say it’s fair if a warrior pops all his cooldowns and I stand in bladestorm for full duration and I don’t use defensives I should die. But not in the first 1.5 seconds.

I was at 95% hp, pressed tiger palm, the warrior blade stormed at the same time and I was dead by the time the global was back up.

Imagine if he got the double mortal proc in addition, then you could be upset he killed you even faster.

Their burst maybe not, but this spec overall definitely is! Their burst is just another fuse.

I was pretty good at math but I’m not seeing 38k dmg in BS total from the warrior. I see 25 k max and that’s with MS first than BS and without you using any def CDs or getting out of the obvious BS :man_shrugging:t2:

I also don’t see 38k, but 33k+: 9.8 MS + 2.9k BS + 0.572 DW + 6.1k MS + 2.9k BS + 6k MS + 5.1k BS

All landed within 1.5 secs before he died.

Maybe not good enough at math? :man_shrugging:t2: :wink:
