Juggernaut on arms having the lowest duration but it’s a spec that is dependant on execute and somehow we’re just going to pray for decent sudden death procs just to up keep it.
Why not just reduce it to 2% buff, 20 stacks and 20-30 seconds duration.
It’s insanely tilting for it to just run out as execute phase is approaching.
I think that’s the intended point entirely, you’re not meant to be able to stack it up to it’s maximum before the execute phase even begins, this also ends up being somewhat of a PvP balancer as well with it having a medium buff duration.
Sure, sometimes we get lucky SD proc RNG with thoughtful ability use and enter the execute phase at 10+ stacks but this is also never a guaruntee. I suppose that’s the mindset you need to have with it, sometimes RNG will be in your favour but then someone will wipe your cracked RNG pull so it’s all for naught anyway.
Would be better to be outright removed than made any lower alongside it having to stack higher to get to full power. Which wouldn’t exactly be a bad thing since they could just buff Execute’s baseline as a result.
I’d rather just get rid of Jug. Put the power back into Sudden death procs and Execute. We shouldn’t be sitting on an ability that use to be our biggest signature ability.
This makes the most sense to me. But like others have said it’s probably there to give added power to execute when the boss is low health.

Yes, and when you can chain execute back to back to back, it would be a ton of damage and feeling of power. We can go back to pooling rage, sending Colossal smash and throw 3-4 executes for massive massive damage. Not this lame flat damage BS.
I think they should get rid of Jug to be honest., and buff Execute damage. The Warrior class spends WAAAAAAY to much time maintaining buffs in order to perform. Thats one of the reasons why single target damage is horrible while playing Fury. Slayer Arms just feels better when you focus on EP and let MS do all the work while Overpower is recharging.
Do people even pick that as arms? what other talent you are sacrificing for it?
