Sometimes when I create a new character, it shows the appearance of a character of the opposite faction with a different class for the first few days. Most of the time, the character shows a silhouette temporarily. I’m not sure if a character of the same name was recently deleted and it still has info in the cache from that previous character.
For example, a BE priest was showing visually as a KT shaman. Most recently a VE warrior is showing visually as a BE monk. The text and gear is accurate, but the image of the character is not. It eventually corrects itself, but I figured I’d report it in case there is a way to address it on the backend.
