Can’t remember where the GM told me to post this but some months back I was told to post on the forums by a GM about an issue where for whatever reason, Ulduar is showing I’ve never run it despite having run it like God knows how many times (not this toon). Never got a response from my original post so I’m making another.
Did you post this in the bug report forum?

The original post wasn’t on this toon. Don’t remember which of my toons it was so looking at this toons post history won’t help you much. I’ll try posting in that forum and see if I get anymore bites. Thanks.
Just keep in mind, you might not get a response, though you will be helping by reporting it there as the developers look there more for issues then here.

Just did a quick search in that forum you linked and it looks to be a common issue dating back from long ago even before the 10/25 thing got smooshed together. Doesn’t bode well for them ever fixing it. Ah well. No biggie. Still weird though.
