Armory profile incorrectly showing all my transmogs

No matter what I set, it’s showing the left shoulder as hidden.

To verify it’s not an old appearance or similar, I just tried the following.

  1. Disabled all addons
  2. Logged in
  3. Transmogged my two shoulder to two different items I have not previously used.
    (In this case, Left shoulder = Lawbringer, Right shoulder = Judgment)
  4. Logged out
  5. Refreshed my armory profile until the image updated, which shows
    Right shoulder = Judgment, Left shoulder = hidden

I’ve seen this mentioned in other posts, so can safely say others are seeing this as well. But you should edit this to move it to the website bugs report forum for development review.

I did take that suggestion, though at the same time, I can’t for sure say from my end that it’s a website problem. Could be the game servers pushing bad xmog data.

Definitely an armory profile issue. In-game both my shoulders are transmogged correctly but in wow armory one is missing…

Same issue here as well. Tried everything including changing the actual armor itself with a new piece. Still have one of my shoulders missing.

Not sure if relevant or not, but everything was fine with this until there was a situation where no one could log into Wyrmrest Accord. There were many posts about not being able to get in so I know it wasn’t just me. After that got resolved, that’s when my shoulder was missing.

I’ve been having this issue as well. It has persisted through changing my transmog multiple times, and I’ve never used the option to transmog each shoulder slot individually.
