Hello.
European CS wasn’t helpful about Armory issues so I decided to write it here.
I play mostly to collect things in games and I am really sad that my pet collection in Armory is stuck at the state of 2020 (if not earlier), because comparing collections and progression is a shtick of this activity.
All the suggested actions: to delete and restore a character, change account password didn’t work. I also tried to check and uncheck “character only achievements” options in game, was not helpful either.
To be clear, I have over 1100 unique pets collected.
Relatively new character created in the end of 2021 has 0 pets showed in Armory:
And main character is stuck at 823:
Everything else updates perfectly fine.
Please help to fix the issue, because it appears that nothing player can do to resolve it.
