Hello all, so I had a character transfer 2 days ago from Proudmoore to Stormrage and everything was fine in game and all that. Well today I was going to make sure my wow logs, wow progress and raider io all were going to transfer correctly. Everything in game seemed to be working correctly.
Well, in ‘my characters’ on the wow website there was no ‘Sharpspell’ It says there are 5 ‘Sharpspell’, but only four show. (assuming my character is the one not showing) You could only find the character through the guilds roster. For some reason raider io found the character profile and updated correctly.
Unfortunately because it was not in the armory wow logs nor wow progress could update. I looked at blizzard FAQ and did what they said of making a level 1 then logging out and it might trigger the transfer to show. It did show sharpspell as a character now on Stormrage, but the character image is blacked out on the character profile. Wow logs and wow progress were able to correctly find that character and logs/mythic plus runs and so on correctly transferred.
No gear looting or boss killing activity is showing on wow logs ( I have done mythic plus and looted items) An achievement from today was shown, but that was it from the last three days. I contacted blizzard and during our conversation the representative said the character transfer just now on 11/18 showed up in our conversation even though the order history showed it worked on 11/16. I can change the gear, take it off, change specs and talents and the armory will show that, but when you click on raid progress or achievements you just get an error.
Not sure if that makes sense or if people have had this problem but not sure what to do. I have done all the FAQ suggestions, but the only ‘progress’ I have gotten is for the character to show in my bnet list of characters with a blacked out character. This all can be seen on my character profile by click on my name then ‘view profile’.
