So i changed my name and It’s been 4-5 days and my dungeon armory still shows my old name in every dungeon. Even dungeons I’m currently doing now are showing up as my OLD name. My IO is not updating because of that and I’m unable to progress because people see my IO being lower than it should be. My armory has updated since then in the sense that my outfit and name displayed have changed but under the dungeons tab it shows my old name completing the dungeons. My characters name being affected by this is “Vying-Tichondrious”
update- changed my password and changed my character selected on forums still no success.
